A new exciting opportunity has arisen working for a UK based Insurance Company who are currently seeking an Underwriting Manager. This is a forward-thinking insurer who have made a great impact in the regions and where they are growing in an incredibly positive direction.
This role would suit some who is from more of a stats background rather than a trading one, however, you will need to be well-rounded in terms of your technical knowledge across property, casualty and ideally cyber (although not essential).
This role sits at the fulcrum of the actuary, pricing, reinsurance teams.
This great opportunity which could suit someone wanting to make the next step up from a Senior Underwriter, or Deputy Regional Underwriter where it offers excellent prospects to develop your career and progress further within the company.
Ideally you will be based in the Southeast, although the company may consider someone being based anywhere in England with regular visits to their London operation.
This position comes with an attractive basic salary up to £110k, car allowance, attractive pension, bonus structure, 28 days holiday, DIS and PMI.
