Our client is a quality independent insurance brokerage; Leeds based and providing a mix of flexible working and with their impressive HQ fully operational. They continue to grow despite the Covid challenges and are able to genuinely provide career progression based on merit and performance.

Due to growth and a large influx of enquiries, they are keen to appoint a dynamic broker / handler looking to step up into an account executive role with a mix of client servicing and new business development.

Initially you will be provided with some existing clients to manage as a part of your portfolio; as well as this you will work closely with the sales team, identifying potential new clients to add to your portfolio, this will be a mix of incoming enquiries, referrals, using existing data and finding new opportunities yourself through dynamic research.

Ideal applicants for this role will have at least 2 + years commercial insurance experience, ideally gained within a broking environment, progress towards CII qualifications would be beneficial and will be fully supported. You will be a dynamic individual always looking to find a new client and not afraid to “ask for the business”.
