Job description
Due to a fantastic last 12 months of growth, the company are seeking a number or SME New Business Development Executives to join what is already a very successful team.
They are now looking for potential employees with drive and enthusiasm to join their workforce focusing on developing and building solid books of business within the SME, Mid Corporate arena.
Ideally you will have a few years of commercial insurance broker experience under your belt where you will have dealt with some classes of commercial insurance.
The types of clients you would be targeting will be a mixed range although these will be predominately fleet, PL & EL and commercial property quotes.
The company will be supportive in terms of marketing and sales support with warm leads being provided from their internal referral sales team so as to help you perform the role to its full potential. There would not be the requirement to make any cold calls either.
This company is certainly going in a forward direction with also potential acquisitions in the pipeline, and there will therefore be opportunities to develop your career within the business and progress within.
They are offering a basic salary £25k to £32k with OTE up to £50k, plus Pension and other staff benefits.
