SME Commercial Account Handler - South Leeds

Job description
Our client is a longstanding and well respected independent insurance brokerage based South of Leeds. They have a very low staff turnover and a high level of client retention. Due to growth they have a brand new job opportunity available.
This commercial account handling role will mainly focus on smaller commercial risks with annual premium spends of up to circa £10k / £15k and could also require you to assist the account executives on some larger cases. You will be involved in the full client cycle, dealing with new business enquiries, making amendments to existing policies and be involved in the renewal process.
This role involves a lot of client and insurer contact and so requires you to be a good communicator with excellent attention to detail. Previous Acturis use would be beneficial and a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance.
Applicants need to have a minimum of 12 months commercial insurance experience and be keen to study towards ACII (fully supported); there is every opportunity to develop your career within the business.
