Senior Commercial Broker / Handler - Leeds

Job description
Our client is a long established commercial insurance brokerage based in the Leeds area, fiercely independent and holding chartered status. They provide an excellent working environment which includes the option of flexible office / home working; the office is modern and spacious with plenty of parking.
Due to growth, there is a need to appoint an additional senior commercial broker to work closely with a number of Account Executives and Account Directors, providing support on larger technical cases and acting and a technical referral point to lesser experienced members of the team.
This role requires an individual with at least 5 years commercial insurance experience; a good all round knowledge of most classes and making good progress towards CII qualifications, also previous use of Acturis would be a beneficial.
This role comes with an excellent basic salary + comprehensive benefits. It is highly likely that this role could evolve into a more senior management or Director level position over the longer term.
