Our client is a highly respected independent brokerage, established over 100 years ago and with a fantastic reputation within the Yorkshire insurance market.
They have a very low staff turnover and an enviable client retention; this business sets a very high standard in terms of its commitment to providing an excellent working environment for its workforce.

As a senior account handler, your duties include working with the Account Executives and Account Directors on larger more complex cases, acting a technical referral point to lesser experienced team members and managing your own clients.
As well client handling, you will be the acting focal point for new business broking and risk placement, therefore it would be preferred that you enjoy insurer negotiations, have a good all round commercial knowledge and are comfortable building an extensive network of insurer contacts and market expertise.
This role comes with an excellent basic salary of up to £45k + a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work for a quality business. ACII or progress towards would be preferred and ongoing studies will be fully supported.
