Job description
Due to the company’s growth a development, this has created an opportunity for someone to come in to take over an existing book of clients and work for a very established team based in their Leeds operation.
You would be dealing with a diverse range of commercial insurance trades sectors, with a variety of premium spends where some are in excess of 100k plus.
They also offer a hybrid working arrangement if desired.
With the role being a "Senior" position within the broking team, then it is essential that you are technically strong, take referrals from less experienced team members, have the ability to negotiate, and being able to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
You would be responsible for your own portfolio of clients, having regular contact with the account executives, negotiating broking strategies and obtaining the best possible terms from the marketplace. There will also be external visits as and when required, so that you can build a solid and long-lasting relationship with clients you are responsible for.

Attractive basic salary up to £40K plus some excellent benefits in addition.
