Job description

This is a great opportunity to join a quality insurance brokerage within their personal lines team. This business is long established, has a low staff turnover and high level or client retention. In this role you will be dealing with personal lines insurances mainly connected to the commercial and corporate client base. This will involve providing new quotations, making amendments to existing policies and marketing and negotiating renewals. This is a busy department with lots of client contact and therefore requires applicants to have good communication skills.

The majority of cases will be household and motor oriented as well as other products such as PA, travel, some high or medium net worth etc. There is a big emphasis on providing a high level of customer service to all clients.

Ideally, you will have at least 12 months personal lines insurance experience, preferably gained within a broking of insurance related customer services role.
