Mid-Market Commercial Broker / Account Handler – Leeds / Hybrid

Excellent opportunity to join a very well respected independent commercial insurance brokerage in the Leeds area. This is a great team, providing broking support to the Account Executives, dealing mainly with mid-market risks with premiums spends from £5k to £100k, although there could be some larger cases from time to time.
This role requires an individual with at least 2 years + commercial insurance broking experience, ideally previous exposure to mid-market risks, although we are happy to hear from SME brokers looking to step up to dealing with larger cases.
It is important that you have good attention to detail, ensuring that work of processed accurately and logged onto Acturis system. You will mainly be dealing with existing clients, making amendments to policies and marketing and negotiating renewals. There will also be some new business work (not sales) where you will be compiling submissions and going to market to obtain terms.
Our client has a smart and modern office with plenty of parking. They currently work on a part office, part home basis (3 days office, 2 days from home) and are able to offer plenty of flexibility.
This role comes with a salary of up to £40k + Full benefits. Being a chartered brokerage, our client is very supportive of CII qualification.
