Our client is a quality independent insurance brokerage with multiple branches within the Yorkshire and West Midlands areas. Due to fantastic growth they now require a “Marketing Manager” to join the team. This role can be based from either Yorkshire, the West Midlands or somewhere in between and can be very flexible in terms of part home, part office working.
This role will require the successful applicant to be involved in various key areas including working on and improving the businesses website structure and visibility, developing content and campaigns across all digital channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc., developing brand profiles and working with relevant press, assisting in developing and delivering new niche opportunities and liaising with the relevant agencies to deliver.
Although there is flexible home working available, you will be required to spend some time in the various branches to discuss key elements of new and ongoing projects with branch leaders.
Ideal applicants will currently be working within the insurance sector in a marketing role, ideally with excellent copywriting and digital skills (includes digital analytics, interpreting and using data), you will have experience creating and delivering effective digital marketing plans, able to maximise search engine optimisation and have a good all round knowledge and understating of marketing and communications.
Ideally you will have 3 + years relevant experience; perhaps you’re currently in a marketing positon and keen to find a managerial role.
Applicants will be highly motivated, a strong communicator, confident dealing with all levels up to MD.
