Our client is a fantastic insurance business, growing rapidly and able to provide outstanding career opportunities. They are currently looking to appoint a “Group Conduct Officer” to join the compliance team. This role can be based from any of their UK based offices and will involve working with a wide range of colleagues across the business and will therefore require travel to varying locations throughout the UK.
The role is predominately focused on commercial insurance, however, there will be a need to work with private client and speciality divisions of the business and to be involved in acquisitions as the business grows.

Applicants will have a strong compliance background with excellent communication skills, able to “translate” complex compliance information to relevant divisions, being solutions focused with great attention to detail.
Key elements to this role will be providing guidance to client facing colleagues, delivering briefings on training issues and updating colleagues on regulatory issues, reviewing compliance performance, supporting divisions and individuals to ensure risk and exposure is minimised, assisting in transitioning acquisitions etc.
