Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the company’s head office in Kent as an Equine Insurance Account Handler. This brokerage is proudly independent where they are a very client focused organisation specialising in many bespoke insurance schemes and products. There is currently a big push by the company for development this year and it is therefore a very good and exciting time to join this organisation.
The opportunity would be to support the external client facing account executives and also working clients on a direct basis.
Specific duties and responsibilities:-
• Negotiating and delivery of Renewals & MTA’s
• Deliver the best possible service for our clients
• Premium collect from client for MTA
• Diary management of Open GI
• Daily liaising/ communications/ administration for clients handled
• Preparing and delivering presentations at Client meetings
Requirements:-

• Excellent motivational & leadership skills
• Strong levels of emotional intelligence
• Ideally strong knowledge of equine/commercial insurance
• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter and self-motivated in the working environment

• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently performing a similar role, or maybe someone with a great interest in equine.
Attractive basic salary up to £30k, plus bonus, pension and other staff benefits.
