Job description
We are currently working closely with a highly regarded commercial insurance brokerage with numerous branches in the West Yorkshire area. They currently have 2 job openings available within their corporate teams, dealing with some of their larger and more technically challenging clients.
This business in committed to work / life balance and as such is able to offer flexible, hybrid and potentially part-time hours, depending on your personal requirements. The MD is very family oriented and keen to ensure that his staff are afforded the correct level of flexibility.
In this role, you will be joining an existing team, working closely with the Account Executives and Account Directors dealing with larger cases, mainly existing clients, making amendments to existing policies and marketing and negotiating renewals. There will also be the need for you to compile new business submissions and work closely with the AE’s on new prospects.
Ideal applicants will have at least 3 years commercial insurance broking / account handling experience, with previous exposure to mid-market or larger cases; progress towards CII qualifications would be beneficial and will be fully supported and previous use of Acturis system is desirable although not essential (system training can be provided).
