Our client is one of Yorkshires most highly respected independent insurance brokerages. They have a brilliant reputation, a low staff turnover and a very high client retention. They are very focused on staff well-being and have a lot of involvement in local community projects.
Due to growth and internal promotions, a brand new role has become available for an experienced corporate broker / handler to join the team. This role will involve working with a number of account executives and account directors assisting in new business projects / programme design, handling existing clients, marketing renewals and negotiating with insurers. Although predominately office based it is likely that you will have the opportunity to attend client meetings with the AE’s.

Ideal applicants will have at least 3 years’ commercial insurance experience, dealing with a broad range of commercial clients, some progress towards CII would be preferred and will be fully supported. Previous use of Acturis would be beneficial although not a prerequisite.
This role comes with option to work on a flexible part home / part office basis, an excellent basic salary, generous benefits package and an annual bonus.
