Corporate Broker / Account Handler - Bradford

Job description
This is an excellent opportunity with a quality independent brokerage, long established with a highly enviable client retention and a low staff turnover, located on the outskirts of Bradford with plenty of parking available.
You will be working closely with one of the main directors, assisting in managing a large, loyal and technically diverse range of clients.
This will involve regular client contact; mainly office based and with some client facing work.
There will be regular communication with insurers for new business, existing and renewal negotiations, compiling new business submissions, designing insurance programmes etc.
Mainly dealing with commercial clients with premiums spends from £10k upwards, largest cases being into the hundreds of thousands.
Ideal applicants will have at least 3 + years commercial insurance experience gained within a broker environment. You will need to be a team player with a flexible and dynamic approach, well organised and a strong communicator with the ability to challenge when required.
Some progress towards ACII would be preferred but is not essential (ongoing studies will be supported). Previous use of Acturis would be beneficial.
