We are very pleased to be working with our client on this Construction Trading Underwriter role who are one of the fastest growing MGA’s operating within the UK today.

This role could be based in their regional offices in Essex, London, Leeds, or they would consider a fully remote arrangement.

Ideally you will have a minimum 2 to 3 years or more underwriting Construction risks, and his could suit someone who is looking to develop their career who is less experienced, or someone who is currently a more Senior Underwriter.

The role involves underwriting transactional risks in the construction sector in accordance with the binding authorities agreed with insurer partners. Underwriting responsibilities include quoting new business and working closely with Head of Construction to develop broker and Insurer accounts throughout the UK.

You will be required to maintain and developing Agent relationships specific to the trading requirements of the company. Reviewing business issues with their Broker Account Managers and supporting the resolution as necessary.

They are offering an attractive base salary depending on experience which ranges from £40k to £60K, plus an attractive Pension, Generous Bonus, PMI, Gym Memberships, Annual Travel Cover, and DIS.
