This is a fantastic opportunity to join an incredibly well respected independent insurance brokerage working from their West Yorkshire based office. Our client has a very low staff turnover, an enviably high level of client retention and continues to post impressive growth results year on year. This is a brand new role which sits within “Group” and a will be a key part of their compliance team.
Key responsibilities include providing day to day support to the head of compliance by contributing to the agreed strategy, 2nd line monitoring, undertaking and delivering compliance reviews, working with MI, assisting with training, GDPR, assisting with day to day compliance queries and developing collaborative relationships etc.
Although based from HQ in West Yorkshire, there may be occasions where you will be required to travel to other offices.
Ideal applicants will have some compliance background or knowledge, previous use of the Acturis system, understanding of the broking process, high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Our client also has succession planning in mind, so this would be an excellent time to join the business with a high chance of progressing into a more senior position over the next few years.
