This is an excellent opportunity with a very well respected insurance business based in Leeds City Centre. This role would suit an individual wanting to go down the “Compliance” route, perhaps you’re currently a commercial broker or account handler with a good all round commercial insurance knowledge or currently involved in some elements of compliance and wanting to focus entirely on that area.
In this role you will be working within an excellent team supporting and advising member brokers, providing telephone based compliance health checks, assessing and advising on regulatory requirements, maintaining day to day contact with brokers to ensure technical queries are answered appropriately, assisting in designing training programmes, compiling data and drafting reports etc. You will also be liaising closely with field based compliance consultants.
Applicants will be excellent communicators with strong influencing skills, great attention to detail, organised and able to analyse data. A good all round knowledge of the general insurance business environment is essential, ideally with insurance broking experience, some compliance or audit experience is desirable.
