Our client is an extremely well respected independent insurance brokerage; established for over 100 years and continuing to achieve impressive organic growth. They have a low staff turnover and an enviably high level of client retention. They are very active in their local communities, working with many charities and are committed to providing a flexible, enjoyable and secure working environment.
As a result of their impressive growth, a role has become available within their commercial SME team, working from their conveniently located West Yorkshire office, joining an excellent team dealing with the smaller commercial clients, premium spends generally up to around £10k per annum. You will be dealing with some new business enquiries, but mainly assisting existing clients with mid-term amendments and adjustments, marketing and negotiating renewals and generally providing an exceptional level of client service.
Ideal applicants will have some previous experience working within a commercial insurance environment, previous use of Acturis would also be beneficial. In this role, you will be speaking with clients and insurers on a daily basis, therefore, communication skills are important.
