If you are currently a commercial claims handler / technician working for an insurance broker or possibly an insurance company, then this role is likely to be of interest.
The business is committed to providing an exceptional level of service to its clients and as such requires their claims handlers to take a “hands on” approach from inception through to settlement, with the aim of achieving the best possible outcome for the client. You will be liaising with all parties, including insurers, adjusters, solicitors etc., not afraid to challenge where necessary.
Ideal applicants will have a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance, be professional, and team oriented, well organised and with a natural inclination to take ownership of each claim, keeping the client regularly updated along the way.
