Job description
Our client is a quality commercial insurance brokerage in the Leeds area (close to city centre with parking available). They have grown impressively over the last few years and continue to do so, which has seen a need to recruit additional talent to their excellent existing team.
Due to this fantastic organic growth, the need has arisen to take on a “Commercial Claims Handler” to work with their growing and loyal client portfolio, providing them a high quality claims service, predominantly commercial claims.
This is not merely an administrative function; our client prefers an individual committed to representing the client through the entire claims process, interpreting policy wording, challenging insurers where necessary and always seeking to provide the best possible outcome for the client.
In this role you will be speaking to clients on a regular basis, as well as providing claims support, you will assist in discussing claims prevention, ensuring that clients are well equipped with all the right information to minimise claims exposure.
This role can be either full or part-time and can be part office / part home based. There is fantastic team ethos, professional, friendly and enjoyable with an excellent social element.
