This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality independent chartered insurance brokerage in the Leeds area. This is a brand new role which has been created due to the growth of the business and sits within an excellent team (friendly and professional). There is a big emphasis on work / life balance with hybrid working, currently 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
In this role you will be supporting a number of Account Executives and AR’s, assisting them in broking commercial risks of all shapes and sizes. This could involve broking new cases, managing existing clients, making amendments and policy adjustments and marketing and negotiating renewals. As well as your broking responsibilities, you will also act as “Relationship Manager” to the AR / Exec team.
In this role you will be dealing with a wide variety of commercial polices; they could be anything from £10k premiums up into the £100k’s, taking in all commercial industry sectors, therefore a good level of commercial insurance knowledge would be beneficial + confident communication skills, previous Acturis use and a willingness to pursue CII studies (which will be fully funded).
Ideal applicants will have at least 3 or more year’s commercial insurance broking experience, be team oriented and focused on providing clients with a high level of customer service.
