Job description
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning boutique insurance brokerage in a home based role, with plenty of flexibility. The need to be in the office will be very infrequent, perhaps once every few weeks.
This is a dual role, the first part of which requires you to manage your own client portfolio as a desk based account executive; this will be a mix of longstanding clients, mainly commercial combined, PI, D&O, property and casualty and a little bit of motor.
You will be responsible to developing relationships, managing MTA’s and marketing renewals as well as looking for opportunities to cross sell. You will be contacting clients by both telephone and video conferencing.
The 2nd part of this role is to assist an Account Director in managing a number of larger and more technically complex clients; this could involve some client meetings from time to time with the AD; this would be perfect experience for those of you looking to progress into an account executive positon over the longer term.
Ideal applicants will have a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance with Cert CII and the willingness to continue studies; also previous Acturis experience is essential for this role, as they would need you to hit the ground running.
