Job description
Our client is a relatively small commercial insurance brokerage, part of a larger group with several offices around the Yorkshire area. They are a very dynamic business with lots of opportunities within the group for ambitious individuals.
This brand new role has just arisen and provides an excellent opportunity for either a personal lines / private client’s broker looking to move into a commercial insurance role OR perhaps you’re relatively new to commercial insurance and seek an environment to develop a broader commercial knowledge.
You will be involved in all elements of commercial broking; dealing with new cases, making amendments to existing policies and marketing and negotiating renewals. You will have regular contact with both clients and insurers and the opportunity to meet clients on a face to face basis.
Our client will provide excellent training, access to training courses, CII study support and full system training. Although not currently on Acturis, they will moving across within the next 12 to 18 months, so previous exposure to Acturis could be beneficial going forward.
