Job description
I have worked closely with this business for 10 + years and they have always been brilliant to deal with, a fantastic group of people, very friendly, professional and able to provide a very enjoyable “team oriented” working environment. They continue to recruit regularly, due the consistent organic growth they achieve.
They currently have a role available within their commercial broking team, assisting the Account Executives on mid-market commercial clients all over the UK. Premium spends will ordinarily start at around £10k and could be up as high as £500k, providing you the opportunity to be involved with a wide variety of commercial and some corporate risks.
You will work closely with the account executives with their new business, compiling submissions and going to market to secure the best possible deals. The vast majority of your work will be assisting existing clients, making amendments to existing policies and marketing and negotiating renewal terms. This role will involve a lot of client and insurer contact.
This business is located very conveniently in Leeds City Centre; they have an excellent office and currently work on a 3 days in the office, 2 days from home basis. They provide a great environment and have a fun social element.
Ideal applicants will have at least 18 months commercial insurance experience, be professional and team focused, ideally with previous use of Acturis system (although not essential, system training can be provided). CII studies will be fully supported.
