Job description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality independent insurance brokerage in the Oxford area. Our client has a very low staff turnover and an excellent reputation for providing a great working environment (flexible home / office based) with genuine career progression.
Joining an excellent team, you will be working both independently on your own clients as well as providing support to the Account Executives and Account Directors on larger more complex cases.
You will be involved in the full broking process, compiling new business submissions, making amendments to existing policies, marketing and negotiating renewals and will be speaking to clients and insurers on a daily basis.
Ideal applicants will have at least 3 years commercial broking experience with a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance , be a great communicator, very team oriented and with strong attention to detail.
Although primarily desk based, it is likely that you will be required to attend client visits with the Account Executives from time to time.
