Job description
Our client is a quality independent insurance brokerage established for nearly 50 years. They have a very low staff turnover and an impressively high client retention. They are able to offer a flexible working environment, part home / part office or entirely home based for the right person who may not be situated close enough to the office to commute.
You will be handling a wide variety of commercial insurance clients, some independently, some in assistance to the Account Executives. Cases could range from smaller relatively straight forward to larger more complex clients.
You will be providing full broking support, compiling new business submissions, assisting clients mid-term and taking a lead on the renewal process, marketing risks, negotiations etc. There will be lots of communicating with clients and insurers, there may also be a requirements to assist the AE’s on client visits from time to time.
Our client has a great ethos, focusing on quality of service and they have a track record in retaining clients long-term, the majority of new business is acquired based on referrals and recommendations.
Ideal applicants will have at least 2 + years commercial insurance experience; Full CII study support will be provided and is encouraged & previous use of Acturis would be beneficial (full system training can be provided by the in house Acturis Expert).
