Job description
Our client is a quality commercial insurance brokerage located in Leeds City centre, a short walk from the station. Having dealt with this business for many years, the feedback has always been very positive. They provide an excellent working environment, very team oriented with a good social element. They currently work on a 3 days in, 2 days from home basis.
They currently have a job opening within one of their commercial teams, dealing with mid-market to larger commercial and some corporate clients, annual premiums spends generally within the £30k to £100k level and with some cases falling into the £100k + bracket, across all areas of commercial insurance.
On a daily basis you will be working within a team supporting the Account Executives, dealing with client nationwide, providing broking support on new business submissions, MTA’s on existing clients and marketing and negotiating renewals. There will be lots of client and insurer communications, so you need to be a confident communicator with good attention to detail.
Previous use of Acturis system and progress towards ACII studies would be beneficial and will be fully supported. If you haven’t used Acturis, full system training can be provided.
This role would be perfect for an ambitious broker, perhaps currently working with SME clients but keen to move up into mid-market or and experienced mid-market broker looking for a change of scenery.
