You will be a joining a relatively small team, working with the account executives to provide day to day internal management and broking of a portfolio of general commercial insurance business through designated Insurer panels as well as open market broking. This will include dealing with som elarger and more technically diverse client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Managing the insurance programmes for a portfolio of clients, including the provision of technical analysis and alternative programme design, including re-broking.
• Handle New Business, Renewals and Adjustments including reviewing the adequacy of the covers and suitability of the terms being offered.
• Provide excellent service to clients at all times, responding to their needs and changes as they arise.
• Maintain good market knowledge including keeping up to date with new insurance products/solutions and be able to advise, compare and discuss existing products.
Ideal applicants will have a good working knowledge of most areas of commercial insurance including property, casualty and motor classes.
Progress towards CII qualifications would be preferred and will be fully supported. You will have a positive attitude and great attention to detail with excellent customer service skills. Previous use of Acturis, Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
