Commercial Account Handlers Required – York / Hull

Job description
Our client is a high quality independent commercial insurance brokerage, Yorkshire based, long established and boast a very low staff turnover and enviable level of long-term client retention. Due to growth, they have opened up two brand new roles within their commercial broking team.
This is a full broking role, dealing with new and existing clients, assisting with new business, making amendments to existing policies, marketing and negotiating renewals, liaising with clients, insurers and working closely with the Account Executives, with the aim to provide an exceptional level of service to their clients. This team deals predominately with mid-market and above.
The existing team is technically strong, therefore, we are happy to hear from individuals at all levels; you may be an experienced commercial broker / account handler looking for a great new home or perhaps you are relatively inexperienced (ideally a minimum of 12 months commercial insurance experience) and looking for an opportunity to build your career with a quality business. Whichever you are, we will be happy to hear from you.
This role can be based from either York or Hull; there is plenty of parking and once settled in, they can provide a flexible environment with the opportunity to work partly from home if required. The working environment is very good, friendly and professional.

Previous commercial broking / account handling is preferred + experience using Acturis system with be beneficial (although full system training can be provided).
