Job description
We are pleased to be working closely with this fantatstc client; a very well respected independent and multi award winning insurance brokerage. They continue to expand, a direct result of their commitment to providing an incredibly high level of client service.
This particular role sits within their “local authority team” and requires applicants to be technically minded, in what is, a slightly more complex area of commercial insurance. You will be part of a great team, working closely with a number of clients, dealing predominately with existing business, making amendments to policies, and marketing and negotiating renewals. This role is mainly desk based; there could be occasional client visits, but this will be quite rare.
This role is “home based” and allows a certian level of flexibility; which may fit in with your family commitments, school runs etc.
Ideal applicants will have a decent level of commercial insurance knowledge; some exposure to “local authority” risks would be beneficial, but not essential. Previous use of Acturis and strong Excel skills are important.

Ideally, applicants will be based around the Yorkshire area, however, we are more than happy to speak to candidates with the correct experience, but based a little bit further afield.
