Fantastic opportunity to join a longstanding and highly respected commercial insurance brokerage in the Leeds / Bradford area. This business is well known for having a very low staff turnover and an enviably high rate of client retention.
They currently have more than one role available; this is due to business growth and an impending retirement. These opportunities sit within the commercial team, primarily focusing on mid-market cases with premiums spends from £20k to £100k’s +, working closely with the Account Executive team, liaising daily with clients and insurers.
On a daily basis you will assist with new business opportunities, compiling submissions, making amendments to existing policies and marketing and negotiating renewals, using Acturis system. There will be plenty of client and insurer contact and the opportunity to shadow the AE’s on client visits.

In terms of previous experience, our client would prefer applicants to have commercial insurance experience, preferably broking or account handling, but are open to applicants at varying stages of your career.
