Job description
This is an excellent role with a well-known and highly regarded independent commercial brokerage in the North Leeds area. Our client is a dynamic business able to provide genuine career progression to ambitious individuals; this role has come about due to a promotion.
In this role you will join a team providing support to a number of account executives, dealing with a broad range of commercial risks with premium spends from £10k up to £100k +. You will be involved in new business, managing existing clients and marketing renewals; speaking regularly with clients and insurers.
Ideal applicants will have at least 12 months commercial insurance experience with great attention to detail, good communication skills and previous use of Acturis (although not a prerequisite and training will be provided).
Although normally an office based role, given the current Covid crisis there will be loads of flexibility to work from home, the office or a mixture of both; this flexible working pattern will remain available to staff even after we come out of the current crisis.
CII studies will be fully supported and funded and there is a policy of promoting from within, so there will be plenty of opportunity to progress your career.
