Job description
Our client is a quality independent insurance brokerage based in Leeds City Centre, nicely situated in a prestigious corner of the city, just a short walk from major transport links. This is a very nice business, friendly team environment and a low staff turnover.
This role offers plenty of flexibility and can be a 4 or 5 day week; it could also be flexible hours to fit in with child care, school runs etc., so if you’re looking for a relaxed and flexible environment where you can fit work and family nicely together, this could be ideal.
The role will involve dealing with a variety of clients, mainly commercial insurance of all types and sizes as well as the occasional high net worth policy.
You will be assisting with new business submissions, making amendment to existing policies, marketing renewals and be involved in general administrative duties, keeping the system updated with accurate information, speaking to clients and insurers on a regular basis etc.
You will be managing your own clients as well as assisting the Account Executives with larger cases.
Ideal applicants will have at least 3 years insurance broker experience, be professional and team oriented with a natural tendency to want to provide exceptional customer services.
