This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded commercial insurance brokerage in a duel role, managing your own portfolio of mainly SME commercial clients, some of which can be handled on a “Desktop” basis, others will require a visit, and hence this is a Handler / Account Executive role.
This would be an ideal position for someone who is currently a broker or account handler and is looking to make a move upwards towards an Account Executive position. In this role you will be working with a wide range of commercial clients, managing ongoing relationships, making amendments to existing policies, marketing and negotiating renewals as well as providing quotations on new business enquiries that you receive.
Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 2 or 3 years commercial insurance experience, preferably from a broking background; this is a busy department with a relatively high volume of client activity. Candidates will have great communication skills, both telephone based and face to face, with great organisation skills and attention to detail.
