Fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded and fiercely independent chartered insurance brokerage in the Leeds area. They are experiencing an exciting period of growth, which is opening up brand new roles within their “Commercial Broking / Account Handling” team.
In this role you will be working closely with a number of Account Executives, providing support on a wide range of commercial policies, typically with annual premiums spends from £10k up to £50k. You will be assisting in compiling new submissions, making amendments to existing policies and marketing and negotiating renewals terms. In this role you will be speaking to clients and insurers on a daily basis.
Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 18 months commercial insurance experience and be keen to start dealing with larger risks. It would be beneficial to have a reasonable all round commercial insurance knowledge and ideally have used the Acturis system (although not essential, system training can be provided).
Our client currently works on a 3 days in the office, 2 days from home basis and is able to offer good levels of flexibility. They are very team oriented with a good element of social interaction (no obligation). They are conveniently located with plenty of parking available.
This role comes with a salary up to circa £35k + comprehensive benefits and full support towards CII studies.
