Our client is a quality award winning independent insurance brokerage based in the West Yorkshire area. They have an excellent senior management team, very well respected and with no egos. This excellent business boasts a low staff turnover, a high level of client retention and is well known for having a big focus on the quality of service they provide.

This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit an existing client portfolio consisting of a nice mix of loyal general commercial clients, predominantly based in the North of England with a few clients situated farther afield.

Ideal applicants will have previous experience in a similar role, with a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance, a proven track record in client retention and the able to grow the account via referrals and new business activity. Progress towards CII qualifications would be beneficial and will be fully supported.

You will be provided with excellent support via a team of dedicated brokers / account handlers, full Admin support, claims experts etc.

Our client has made excellent progress recently and has continued to grow nicely despite Covid; they are very well set up for remote working so it is not entirely necessary to be based in the Yorkshire area. We are more than comfortable to hear from applicants based, anywhere from North of London up to the North East.
