Client Servicing Executive (Inherited Portfolio) – North Derbyshire

Job description

This is a rare opportunity to inherit an incredibly loyal client portfolio due the impending retirement of the incumbent. The portfolio is worth circa £200k brokerage income and is made up of a wide range of commercial clients with annual premium spends from £5k to £60k.

This role could appeal to two different types of applicants; perhaps you’re an experienced Account Executive looking for a change of environment and would prefer to walk into a role where a ready-made and loyal client portfolio is waiting for you and can be smoothly transitioned across. 

Alternatively, you may be a senior broker or account handler or a junior AE looking to make the step up into a full Account Executive position; if you think it’s time to make that move up the ladder then we would love to hear from you.

Although there will be a small element of new business development, reacting to incoming enquiries and looking for opportunities to grow the book, the emphasis is on client retention, which currently runs at 95% and above.

This client has a very low staff turnover and would be keen to find an applicant looking to settle for the long-term.

This role comes with a basic salary of circa £45k + car allowance + bonus (circa £5k) + full benefits.
