This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly ambitious insurance business in a role which provides the rare chance to inherit a substantial and loyal client portfolio. This role comes with an excellent basic salary, car allowance, full benefits and a very lucrative bonus scheme.

Full support will be provided by numerous teams at head office including full broking and administrative support, lead generation and sales, claims and delegated authority underwriters able to provide you with market leading products and premiums on an exclusive scheme basis as well as providing full access to the open market.

This role focuses on predominately commercial clients connected to the motor trade sector as well as commercial property and motor fleet clients. Ideal applicants will have a good all round knowledge of most commercial insurance classes and will be comfortable dealing with motor trade combined.

You will be provided with a large and loyal client portfolio with a realistic retention target as well as developing new clients, the leads of which will be provided by a highly effective lead generation team at head office.

This is a home based role and would suit an individual who enjoys to work with freedom and autonomy. The vast majority of admin, broking and sales lead generation will be taken care of at HQ, leaving the successful applicant focused on client relationships, retention and new business production.

Ideal applicants will have client facing experience and great communication skills, with a proven track record in client retention and able to convert new business opportunities.
