Fantastic opportunity with a quality global business currently making a big impact in the UK insurance market. This role can be attached to either the London, Leeds or Birmingham offices and comes with the opportunity to work on a flexible remote basis.
This role could appeal to individuals with claims management experience from either broking, insurer or adjusting backgrounds, ideally with exposure to a wide variety of commercial claims including speciality areas and London Market risk + you will have expert knowledge of handling claims from inception through to settlement.
Applicants will have exceptional communication skills, great attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, planning and organising, resource management, leadership qualities and effective team management team with the ability to mentor and motivate others; you will be managing a team of at least 15 claims technicians at any one time.
Duties include - Day to day team management, day to day interaction with team members to review and provide guidance on exceptions, mentoring and developing direct reports and delivering claims handling training to new hires.
This role comes with an excellent basic salary of up to £65k + Full benefits, flexible working and support towards ACII studies.
