In order to attract experienced Account Executives, this dynamic AR Network is able to assist in funding the early stages of your AR transition by providing a generous basic salary over a pre-agree period of time + all of the benefits and rights associated with being in an employed position including sick pay, pension, holiday entitlement etc.
You will also inherit a client portfolio to get you started, which will provide you with security and enable to you get networking and seeking referrals to grow your portfolio.
As your client portfolio grows, you will begin to make the transition from employed status to self-employed Appointed Representative. Full advisory support will be provided to ensure this transition is smooth and managed properly; essentially you will become the MD of your own business, working in partnership with our client.
