This is a brand new role within their West Yorkshire based claims team, dealing with a wide variety of claims, supporting the wider group with a commitment to providing an exceptional level of claims service to their loyal client base.
In this role, you will be liaising with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and other 3rd party’s and colleagues with a clear remit to secure the best possible outcome for the client. Applicants need to be highly organised, able to analyse and interpret policy wording and be confident in challenging insurers where necessary.
Previous experience dealing with motor, motor fleet claims and / or claims connected to the care sector would be beneficial, although we are happy to consider applicants with a good all round general claims background.
