A new and unique opportunity has arisen to join a truly independent brokers based in the Midlands as a Branch Manager/Account Director.

This company are already a very well-established Trade Credit intermediary where they are looking to develop a General Insurance team and where the successful person for this role would lead, manage, and develop the business within the commercial arena.

There are huge cross selling opportunities from the credit clients already in situ, and ideally  candidates will have some of their own prospects/pipeline, and it would be advantageous if there were a client portfolio which could be transferred in after any restrictive covenant expires.

You will to have come from a strong sales background working previously in a commercial broker environment and it’s a must that you understand the different classes of commercial insurance and products. You will be self-motivated, confident, pro-active, and have a desire to succeed.

Excellent remuneration/package is rewarded in return; attractive base salary, car allowance, pension, bonus incentive, and dependant on your level of performance, there could be equity provided which would mean a very lucrative financial incentive.
