An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for an independent brokerage based in North London. Operating on a UK wide basis providing a personal service to all of their client’s, focusing on Taxi and Motor Insurance.
They are a fast-growing private hire broker and an exceptional opportunity has arisen where they are looking for a Branch Manager.
This role will only suit you if you are motivated, can demonstrate leadership skills & are hungry to succeed, if you’re looking to step up and make your mark and take a more senior role. This is a high performing and busy branch and you need to be able to hit the ground running. This is a very big opportunity and they are not shy about rewarding the right individuals in the long run and they are happy to discuss progression routes in the future.
Main duties include:
- Achieving and surpassing, sales and profit margin targets
- Providing complete Customer Satisfaction by promoting and develop the awareness of TCF.
- Ensuring the highest standard of branch presentation is maintained.
- Managing, motivating and developing staff to build a successful, effective team.
- Maintaining a high standard of performance, personal presentation and discipline within the branch.
- Ensuring branch personnel comply with all aspects of FCA regulations
Skills and Experience required:
- Proven people management skills and/or supervisory experience
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight timescales
- Must have MOTOR insurance experience, ideally private hire but not a requirement.
Competitive basic salary up to and around £35k with OTE of £40k plus Pensions and other staff benefits.
