Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic commercial insurance brokerage, initially working as number two to the Regional Managing Director; the plan being that you quickly move into a more senior position, taking control of a smaller branch.

This role would suit an Account Executive or an Account Director looking to step up into a more senior management oriented role. Perhaps you have experience acting as mentor to less experienced team members or have some limited management experience already and wish to expand upon this.

Ideal applicants will be expected to lead by example and will either command the loyalty of their own client portfolio or be a successful development executive able to inspire those around you and to provide guidance, training and proven expertise.

You will be smart, professional and a strong communicator with an excellent all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance, preferably making progress towards ACII. You will be very team oriented, with a dynamic, fair and professional approach.
