Job description
We are currently working with a major Insurance and Financial Services business, who are experiencing an exciting period of growth, which has opened up a number of positons in the Macclesfield area.
You will be joining a highly successful team working with a broad range of UK companies providing bespoke and complex health and benefits solutions. This is a very client relationship oriented role and therefore requires applicants to be strong communicators, able to build rapport.

The role involves using quality data to conduct outbound sales calls, ensuring prospective customers are aware products and services and to ultimately gain appointments for the account executive team. You will act as project manager, overseeing the sales process from start to finish, both in terms of client communication and internal admin / ensuring the client details are recorded accurately.
Ideal applicants will have worked in a similar role, not necessarily within the same sector but within a professional services environment or call centre. We are looking for professional, career minded individuals with a good academic record, highly self-motivated and with excellent interpersonal skills, strong networking skills and the ability to build quality client relationships.
