We are working closely with a client who has a fantastic set up enabling you to make a simple transition from employed account executive status to Self Employed Appointed Representative, with a generous % commission agreement.

So why would you want to do this? As an AR, you will be in total control of your client base, with full ownership and no restrictive covenant + a guaranteed buyer. You will earn a significantly increased personal income based on the generous commission splits available to you.  This role offers great work life balance, you will be in total control of your hours and working patterns, with no expectations beyond your own expectations.

In terms of support, you will be connected to a highly respected chartered Insurance Brokerage with access to all insurer markets, composites, specialists, Lloyds etc. You will be provided with broker admin support and relationship management, IT, accounting, compliance etc. You will also be provided with full range of products to cross sell into your client base, including SME and micro business schemes, a personal lines / HNW team and a life / employee benefits specialist.
