In this particular role, you will join the specialist Acturis team, designing and delivering tailored training courses on the use of Acturis for various businesses and branches across the UK ensuring the optimal use of the trading platform and facilitating a programme of new starter and refresher training.
You will be there to make sure that the retail businesses are appropriately supported in their use of Acturis, whether providing reactive support to specific issues or proactively proposing further developments or changes to address common problems. Working with the Acturis Training & Implementation Manager, you will be ensuring user guides are in place and providing remote or on-site support for new users.
Ideal applicants will have a strong Acturis background, preferably with previous experience providing training and support on a face to face and video conferencing basis to individuals and groups.
It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and be willing to travel to different locations within the UK when required.
