This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a major international insurance brokerage with big plans to grow the business, and in doing so, will be creating multiple opportunities for ambitious individuals looking to develop their career within the commercial insurance sector.
This role would ideally suit individuals who have previous broker experience and ideally around circa 5 years within the commercial sector. As a Client Advisor within the team, you would also help and mentor the less experienced members of the team and be the go-to person for referrals and technical questions.
It’s a very exciting time to be joining this team based on the outskirts of Your, and with anyone coming in to the business from the outset, you would have the ability to be an integral key member of team in making this a success which you’ll be recognised and rewarded in return.
This role would be working closely with the Account Executives/Directors and dealing with clients on a daily basis. You will be involved in market presentations, liaising with various insurers, and drafting bespoke renewal reports.
There will be a lot of client and insurer dialogue, so confident communication skills are essential for this role, as well as good attention to detail, a professional manner and strong IT skills.
You will have the opportunity to study towards the CII qualifications or continue if you have already started, which will be fully funded by the company.
You will receive an excellent basic salary £30k to £40K and a comprehensive benefits package which includes a generous pension and holiday entitlement. There will also be the opportunity to earn commission.
