This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious insurance professional wanting to develop your career on the international stage. Our client is a major IT / Insurtech business currently in the process of creating a brand new corporate brokerage to be based at the heart of the Abu Dhabi business district.

This role will involve providing full broking back up to a team of account directors, dealing with exclusively commercial and corporate clients, some large and some global risks. You will provide administrative back up, assisting in compiling new business submissions, taking risks to market, dealing with existing clients, making amendments, negotiating renewals etc.

Another key element to this role is to act as the technical coordinator for P & C and commercial motor products, keeping fully up to date with covers, markets trends and regulatory requirements and ensuring that the team is regularly updated.

Due to visa requirements applicants need to be educated to degree or higher diploma level and be making progress towards CII qualifications or have full ACII qualification (ACII being classed as equivalent to a degree).

Applicants will have at least 5 years’ commercial broking experience, ideally having dealt with some larger, complex clients and have a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance.

This role requires you to be a team player, highly organised with great attention to detail and a strong communicator.

Relocating overseas is a big step and our client is keen to ensure the process is smooth and stress free; they will offer full support including a relocation payment to assist with the costs.
